Huawei ascend G510-0100 keeps hangs on logo and restarts.

I've tried vol+ vol- power but It still boot to recovery.
What I'm I not doing right

in recovery mode, did you try "apply update from ... ?"
and can you boot this device into fastboot mode?

Can i boot into fastboot? No.
There's no boot into bootloader option available and when i press power vol-, nothing.
