[Please help] Itel 1516+ no service after flash

perform a factory reset in recovery mode and also check that the two sims are both enable under dual sim settings
BTW what was the build number of your device before flashing?
and can you get access to another working it1516 plus device?

i have done all these,i even copy firmware for another phone and flash it on the phone but still the same problem..
i cant get another the former baseband...pls help the owner is all over me
