I heard Link2sd app can do that very well. Thats was wat i used wen i was still using Tecno N3

Have tried so many method but still can't get through and my phone is rooted but have only 16GB internal storage which is full now and needed to make my SDCARD as internal storage and also to move some app like games with obb from internal to sdcard.
