I have downloaded stock roms for this model, but each time i try to flash them on to this phone it fails.. What am i missing here??

You need to flash the official firmware for this model

have you tried flashing single tar file rom yet?
did you try flashing latest android version firmware?

Those are the latest roms.. And it doesnt have a single .tar file.. All of them are 4file roms.

Ofcos i got 2 of them from that site. They are both 4file roms.. Now i have downloaded 7 of them, all 4file roms, from tsar3000, android file host, e.t.c

strange, never knew that website supplied 4 file ROMs. have you tried firmware from sammobile?
did all the firmwares you tried flashing fail at the same or different random points?
also when you boot the phone, is the phone stuck at bootlogo or its FRP locked?

All roms from sammobile are too 4 file roms.. Now it doesnt boot the sam logo rather shows the message that it needs to be updated with a triangle ..

and how did the phone go from where it was stuck at before to been stuck at "needs to be updated..." ?
have you tried reinstalling the OS using kies or smart switch?
