FRP is different from PPP lock
its either you search for and download the firmware then format and flash using SPft; refer to https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-1138.html OR you remove the lock using a hardware repair box [one that supports unlocking PPP lock on the above mentioned chipset]
BTW how did you verify the chipset? cause checking online, there are two chipset type of this device model; MT6572 and 6570
