Have you tried the normal uninstall by long pressing and touch the uninstall option.
Or going to setting>apps>locate apps >uninstall ?

Those are Bloatware. If they're /system level apps then you'll need root to remove them.
First off, what's your chipset and Android version (find out using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13054.html )
