Current version v2.30 has dual language Russian and English.

I tested it on my MT6753 64bit. It provides a empty Header Only scatter enough to get 2 Read-Backs from (Smart Phone Flash Too)l SPFT,  Full ROM_0 and EMMC_BOOT1. It will extract preloader and create proper scatter file version 1 & 2(64bit).

Have a look there is much more.

interesting!!! it seems like an alternative to mtk droid tools for newer MTK chipsets
the preloader extraction is like an automatic process for the manual process @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21448.html
