This is most likely a classic case of drained battery battery on the Infinix Zero. Its very prone to that issue. You need to leave it connected to power for a while. the bootloop might last a while but once the battery has retained enough charge, it'll boot
(03-02-2018, 06:57 PM)ma.algendy i already took the battery out and charge it externally and then connect it back but it keeps reboot from infinix logo. after i shut it down . i noticed it can not be turned on again .As the battery has drained out again with no usage !!!

I've personally experienced this on the X506. The problem is that the phone will attempt to boot up when there's no battery inside (but connected to power). Then it'll go off. Same thing on a very low battery. This is the reason for the bootloop.
You need to boost the battery properly then reinsert. If you can later boot into Factory Mode (Volume down + Power) then clear emmc

Okay , i have managed to boost the battery manually then insert it back then tried to use miracle Box to read the info and yes i managed to get this done successfully and here is the build number :
....
i searched for the build number to get the stock rom and i managed to flash it to the device with the SP_Flash_Tool . after the download completed successfully it also keeps restarting from infinix logo till the battery is dead again and refuse to recharge . the battery drained out again as before and when try to charge it keeps shows the battery charging logo and then screen off and then to battery charging logo again

1. Is this the firmware you've flashed @ https://mega.nz/#!O94RGaTB!r05IGEkNPjUMC...wSaggpt5s8 ?
2. Was flashing successful?
3. Have you tried wiping the phone in recovery after flashing the firmware?
(06-02-2018, 02:09 PM)ma.algendy 1- yes , this is the firmware that i used .
2- yes it finished successfully .
3-no , i can't boot into recovery . whenever i press the power button with volume down or any combination the device just boot to the infinix logo then restart
