Hii.. Please my infinix note 3 x601 is not charging . It's switched off presently . When I try to charge it. It will show the charging sign and vibrate but won't come on. What could be the problem?

when you leave it connected to a wall socket charger, how many percent does it indicate the battery has?
have you tried using a different charger [preferably infinix recommended] and or battery?
