i am having problem flashing tecno y4 using SP flashtool..........

BROM ERROR;S_FT ENABLE DRAM FAIL (0xFC0)

what exactly is wrong with your device?
did you download the correct firmware for the build number of your Y4?

Tecno Y4 has several variants as you can see at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19353.html (we don't have all) so flashing the wrong one could cause this error.
Upload a full screenshot of the error message you're getting

Use the latest firmware for Tecno Y4, it should work

The cause of the error is that you have ticked Userdata and Cache which have empty paths. Untick both then retry flashing
