Hi friends, I have my phone phone itel A12 which has deprogrammed following a brutal restart. in fact the phone restarts on the Itel loop ... However I was hoping to get your help so I could wake up my phone. Please accept my sincere greetings .... ???

Have you tried wiping the phone in recovery?

Also, did you take note of the device build no. before the boot-loop issue.

Your translation isn't accurate. What do you mean by 'deprogrammed'?
If you mean bricked then have you tried the firmware at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-20224.html
