DEAD TECNO CAMON C7

Hello house,
my camon c7's hios crashed and it got stuck at boot logo
i flashed it with the stock rom i got from hovatek
flashing was successful with no errors
it went dead, wouldnt come up, charge or respond on connection to my desktop
but it was still flash-able, so i downloaded the three stocks listed there and flashed them one after the other. Undecided

none yielded positive results Huh

please help

Tecno C7 has multiple variants. Wish you had posted this before flashing, we would have extracted your original build number to determine the right firmware for your phone. It'll have to be trial and error from this point.
Speaking of the 3 firmware at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19276.html , did you leave your phone to charge for 1-2 hours after flashing?

oh my bad, i shouldve made consultations, really Smile

yess i did charge it for a while after flashing just in case battery was dead
but still nothing!
pleasse what do i do now?

You'll need to try another firmware
Can you get access to a working C7?

will this method work? i got a camon c7 which lost imei numbers and after trying to restore using MTK engineering mode; it prompts - the phone is not an MTK devices

Hello i have the same probleme as thomasopeyemi with my tecno camon C7 it stucks at boot logo. I've tried to hard reset it but it didn't work. I've also tried to flash it using sp flash tool with the 3 stock roms in your site unsuccessfully(it says: "Error : S_FT_FORMAT_FAIL(4010). Format flash error ! Possibly given a wrong format range, please check your format setting". I would ne Grateful if you could help me out. Thanks in advance
