I have been trying for a couple of hours now to dump a Tecno L3 ROM but i have encountered a port error that i have not been able to get past. attached is a screenshot of the error, please have a look at it.I installed mtk vcom drivers and other devices dint see to encounter this problem. All help is appreciated. Thank you.

backup process started which means the device is detected
are you sure the USB port of the phone isnt faulty? [i.e the USB cable doesnt fit in tight and is shaky]

I looked at the port and its working fine, not shaky at all. I changed cables with the same results.

Try uninstalling your Usb Vcom Drivers and install them back
