And I am not able to do it.
It runs on chipset SC9832.
It's build no. Is A41Plus-U268P-6.0-IN-V007-20170712

Please help me rooting this device

I think you should try kingroot
1 .activate developer mode from setting by tapping build info 3times
2.activate USB debugging
3.download kingroot
4.switch on data (need strong network)
5.start kingroot and click root
N.b if it fails the first time reboot clear app data and retry ..

Root using Magisk at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21427.html
Or you port TWRP using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21669.html , flash it via fastboot then flash supersu
