My Proline VX 401 dosen't switch on, it keeps flashing Proline logo and switching off..

how did this issue begin?
and have you tried performing a factory reset in recovery mode?

Well, I was using it and I switched it off to charge at night... the following morning when I tried switching it on it didn't respond, but when the charger is connected it powers on and shows the Proline logo and shut down, I have not been able to reset it because it turns off after showing the logo.

What surprises me is that when it not on power it doesn't switch on at all, it is fairly new I bought last year around this time.

This might be a drained battery. Is the battery removable?

Yes the battery is removable.

the battery seems weak
try charging the battery with an external charger
and also try using your phone with a different battery
