[Please help] TECNO CX TOP SCREEN NOT RESPONDING
(13-01-2018, 12:32 PM)Charkesklaus Hi guys, please since updated my Tecno CX via OTA for the first time since I got it, the top part of the screen stopped responding. A few times, it just starts working all of a sudden, then goes back having the issues. I'd like to know if it's a hardware issue or software?

(13-01-2018, 02:32 PM)Charkesklaus It fell about 6 months ago and had a lil crack, but it never had any issue with my touchpad. Been using it without any issues ever since, until I installed the new update then everything went side ways.

are you saying that its a temp issue, like it works now then stops later at random times?
have you tried factory resetting?
and did you take note of the build number of your device before performing the upgrade?

Don't download any.
Your Build Number is very different, nothing close enough to risk.
We'll list a firmware for a similar build once available.
Can you get access to a working CX?
