hi. if i got a working m3 which is not rooted and created a back up would it work?

thats a backup using read-back? from indications so far, it might not work but its worth a shot.
BTW, it needs to be an M3s not M3

the error it gives will give us a clue, but so far, unlocking the bootloader is the plan
