ok. you have two options here
1. fastboot commands
2. AIO flasher

get the phone into fastboot and try f;ashing system.img using AIO flasher @  https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-466.html

am also experiencing the same issues with error security deny -err:0*2017 mother in AIO Flasher and fastboot command too

the IOA Flasher i downloaded from the link u provided isnt working. says i need to install '.NET Framework.

please, confirm that you got security deny -err:0*2017 as Olang did

just install Network 4.0 as AIO Flasher requires, but could it be bootloader lock... I've tried( fastboot oem unlock) still no success.., any help will be appreciated @Hovatek

we're investigating it. try flashing secro.img and let me know if you still get the error 2004
