i was trying to unroot my phone via su user app since it was not receiving any ota updates since it is rooted and it rebooted and stuck on boot logo please help Huh

my phone is Tecno Camon cx air and i have tried flashing with sp flash tool and its showing no progress is that normal?

you skipped the question about build number so i'll take it you don't know the build number
pause trying to flash anything for now

method 3 is most preferable

Bro. Find The Firmware Flash File With Your Mobile Name and Flash it stock rom or do reset factory with your stock recovery.
