used the SP Flash tool for my device, infinix  X572, it didnt boot beyond the XOS logo. i used the volume up + power button to enter recovery mode but it just keeps vibrating and doesnt come up.

1. Why did you need to flash the stock rom exactly
2. Did you take note of the original buld number before flashing
3. Which of the firmware at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-20230.html did you flash with?

the phone loads the infinix name without the OS.
i used infinix x572 note 4(x572-H5312CE-N-17070V63)
