Uninstall all MTK drivers using USB Deview at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-7660.html then re-install VCOM drivers using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-440.html

I could not find MTK Driver, I'll attach a picture of the device manager and usbdeview

Disconnect the phone and uninstall all Mediatek entries both from device manager and USB deview
