[Please help] Infinix x551 Totally Dead

My device was working probably . My little daughter was play a game on it
suddenly the device is fully dead
the laptop cannot see it .
there are no any response from it
i try to remove the battery and reconnect it again but i still have a problem
how can i make it live again

Have you tried replacing the battery with another one.
Does your PC make connection/disconnection sound when you connect it with USB cable.

Does your PC make connection/disconnection sound when you connect it with USB cable.
No i have not i just disconnect and reconnect the battery
about PC connection , there are no sound . the device not connected to PC
