Have you tried wiping the phone in recovery?

the firmware in the chinese website is hosted at baidu and the file has already been removed.
have you tried @innagee's suggestion?
BTW innjoo usually host firmware for some of their device's, you can contact their support if they have the firmware for your device
and try to get the build number of your device before attempting to flash
