It was stuck in boot logo so the battery must have not been charged properly.

Now it wont boot, it doesn't charge but it heats when i plug in charger.

Have you tried replacing the battery with another one. 
Also, do you hear connection sound if you've connected it to pc.

tried new battery still didn't turn on and yes it does make a sound when i insert in a computer.

Did you take note of the build no. before it bricked?

No I couldn't, it was stuck at logo.
I tried flashing again but it cancelled when downloading system (just like previous one)

FAILED:USER CANCEL

That's the error i keep getting

have you tried the fix for that error message @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-4870.html ?
if yes, then try a rom
there are two different roms @ https://www.needrom.com/download/itel-a11/
