a friend of mine tried to downgrade the software to my tecno cx air and messed up.its not working neither is it even connecting to the computer, he cant even restore the phone back to its original os. i dont know it build number. kindly assist please

whats the current state of the device now? [totally dead or stuck at boot]
have you downloaded any CXair rom?
