[Please help] Infinix Hot Note Memory Issue

Happy New Year everyone!
I have this Infinix Hot Note, the 16GB type. All of a sudden, it did factory reset on its own and now I noticed out of 16GB,I'm left with less than 500mb space.

I headed on go settings to check what is eating up the memory, I noticed SYSTEM is using about 13GB..please help me

If your phone uses EBR 1 and 2 (you'll need to check in the firmware) then you could use the EBR tweak at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-718.html to expand or try the technique at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19111.html
