Miracle Box / Thunder None usb port error
(04-01-2018, 12:48 AM)mustyyy Hi pls hova i need your assistance on my miracle box whenever i try to plash or backup my stock firmware it shows me none usb port or may be driver not installed and i try several times nothing change i also installed mtk vcom drivers as you teached... I uninstall the drivers and re-install them again still the same nothing change... I will be gratefull if i can have your asistance....

1. What's the chipset and model of the device you're trying to backup
2. Are you using the hardware dongle / box or the Loader version
3. Have you tried uninstalling all MTK drivers (using USB Deview at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-7660.html ) then reinstalling using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-440.html

what windows version are you using?
uninstall vcom and mtk drivers then re-install once again using the links in @hovatek's previous reply
