Hello everybody

My M6 just started hanging at the gionee logo without moving or showing other screen
have not even root or put a custom recovery
it cant charge also

any help?

Now have use fastboot to do this command "fastboot boot recovery.img"

am able to go Philz recovery then i try wipe cache still not fix
i did i again to reset factory till not fix
After flashed PHILZ recovery I erase userdata
Erase system
Erase cache
Still hang at startup Sad

always stock at startup
am i missing anything?
still waiting for your help anybody!

if you erased system, it will not boot up until you flash system.img from an M6 rom.
do you by any chance remember the build number of your M6?

can i flash it via PHILZ recovery ?

You may need to flash stock firmware using SP flash tool

Now not turning On or power button vibrate

i tried flashing preloader.bin

its best you at least try to get the build number first before trying to flash, it will save you more data from trying to download different roms and less headaches.
seeing as you haven't flashed philz onto your device, you should still have stock recovery on the device.
try using the recovery mode OR factory mode method @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16005.html to check for the build number

just when i was about saying dont flash until you ascertain the build number.
one quick question, did your phone go totally dead immediately after trying to flash and you got this error message?
