Hello, i recently bought a techno c9 from a friend and realised it is running on android 5.1 lollipop. I want it back to its original OS (Android 6.0 marshmallow) but don't know how to go through the whole procedure. please help

sounds like you bought a clone C9, the original doesnt come with lollipop.

i just hope your so called friend didn't sell you a clone for the price of the original

Is there anything I can do to restore it to the original OS. Is there a way I can I download and install a custom ROM? If there is, please let me know because am so frustrated.

if truly the device is clone as suspected [still waiting for the screenshots], then there is nothing you can do. the original OS is the lollipop that's already running on the device.
