I have got it from
http://androidxda.com/download-gionee-stock-rom-models , and I have just open sp flash after I installed vcom drivers , I load scater file , then I flash it ...

I have load scatter through P4-KK-0303-T8090 folder , I flash all include boot img , preloader , recovery , etc ... Thank for reply
