Pliz i need to flash rom on this tab to be able to make voice calls.. I have found a couple of methods on xda forum, but i need a convincing method. Its running version android 3.2

good thing you've searched xda first, i hardly think you'll find someone who has actually tested to give you a report here.
check the comment section in the particular thread at xda for success messages which may include what the person did.

Done.. Though i had to upgrade it first to 4.0.4 NEE Rom , then install cwm 6.0.1.0, install modem, then install activate voice.. Thats all..
