In your case, I suppose it's a newer spreadtrum boot.

In that case; post picture of inner sticker or
if possible , You can also disassemble and check on PCB for cpu type and other information

Otherwise
Use SPD DIAG v2 tool, to perform factory reset or reboot device into recovery mode
