Question will get same answer as if it was "How to make boot from boot-sign".
Download 2 spflashtools: 5.1744 (this only knows what means sign) and 5.1532 (this doesn't know what means sign)
Flash boot or whole firmware (all files are sign i hope) to your phone, then do readback of boot, by using linear start address and partition size as written in scatter file.
Do not flash sign firmware/files with 5.1532 and vice versa. Only one which have auth word in download tab know what sign means!!! You will have boot.
Proceed as with normal boot...

Your phone works with original flash files (original recovery)? It only doesn't work with twrp recovery? If so, then do this:
Flash twrp recovery using spflashtool 5.1532. You probably flashed it using spflashtool that has auth button available...don't do that!

If still doesn't work, reflash whole firmware using working spflashtool (5.1744 if you have "-signed" firmware files).
Also, how did you make twrp recovery? Downloaded or made using some tools?
If made using some tools, make sure you use normal recovery obtained using readback from you working phone! Do not make twrp recovery using -signed recovery!!!
It's not important what your phone/chipset is, mistake is universal.

Flashing a modified signed image could brick your phone as you've seen.
Your phone is Spreadtrum so flash back the pac file using Upgrade Download tool at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-1231.html

My device (Lenovo A1000) flash success with only local rom build S113 (I think it like rom build for T-Mobile or Ooredoo network service provider) but failed with lenovo official rom S29xxx or S30xxx.
I extracted pac file from both rom and my local rom have many files name x-sign.
I did not port twrp by myself. I flash shared files from fb group user and android user website (your file too)
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4S-Z72...Y1clE/view
but all make my device stuck on boot screen after try to boot into twrp recovery.

This is pac files after extracted from stock firmware lenovo A1000 build S30666 and my local build S113 (27MB).
It is not include system image (1.3GB)

What you need is a pac file extracted from a working phone (backup), not official pac file (which contains -sign images)

Unsign recovery.img of your local rom using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21005.html then flash the recovery using flashify or rashr apk. Let me know if the phone is able to boot into stock recovery
