I hav this samsung phone which is too slow when i turn it on....and it makes a slowly samsung sound....i tryd to flash it but it hung on samsung logo....what can i do to fix this? help team

Which tool did you use to flash it? 
Was flashing successful or interrupted by an error? 
Are you still able to enter Download Mode? 

Also, try wiping the phone in recovery mode. Recovery is (Vol up + Home Button + Power)
