My zero 4 x555 cnt get root acces on mtk droid tools it is stock at d blue box i want to write a new imei...sometimes when it show the root grant on my phone but after the phone reboots i get error message could not quicky detect d phone stil stuck on the blue box...i ave rootbon my phone but mtkbdroid tools wont give me the root access green box

mtk droid tools wont work properly on your phone. since you already have root then try tool hero method @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-116.html instead

Blue box means your phone isn't rooted. Besides, MTK droid tools won't work for your device. Check @freshtyt's link
