Reset under Settings > backup and reset. That sometimes sorts this kind of issue. Anything other than that, you are going to need the NVram for that phone or a box to write IMEI

That leaves either finding a QCN/EFS backup (not sure which yours uses) or writing IMEI with a Qualcomm supporting box.
Have tried to flash the official firmware too
