Hello Hovatek team,

I want to know why my smartphone keeps disconnecting from pc, 
but it starts to connect ,When i put load on my smartphone for example : when I run lots of apps and increase the screen brightness to full .

My phone's chipset is spreadtrum 9830a

It can connect nondisruptively if i disable USB charging from the ENGINEERING MODE,


without these solutions, I just get lots of warnings on pc continuously {Usb device not recognized} windows does not recognize it.

and I had already disabled the USB power saving mode in windows settings already,

PLEASE HELP!

Have you tested your theory on another PC and USB cord

Sometimes, enabling power saver on your phone could cause charging and MTP (USB connection) to be unable to work at the same time
