Please i seriously need help on step by step method to unroot my camon cx.

the method ive been seeing are not straight forward. also the vcom driver link to download is not opening.

The ones I've been seeing are with different build numbers and my fear is not to use those and end up bricking my phone.

If anyone has a way to unroot this exact build number, kindly help.

I currently have a customer recovery of TWRP and a stock rom. I used Update-su to flash it.

What's your device exact build no.
and for VCOM driver link don't copy just click on it.

There's no special technique in unrooting a particular Build Number. If your device is CX-H501DEFG-N-170720V133 and rooted then you simply need the stock CX-H501DEFG-N-170720V133 rom which is to then be flashed to the phone

I have the same problem. I need stock rom for tecno camon cx MT 6750 . The one I downloaded on HOVATEK furum can't unzippe . It always say wrong zip

Do you have access to another camon cx (same build no. with your own) that is not rooted?

The firmware for that build isn't yet available at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19410.html . we'll list it once it is. What you can do is flash the firmware for a similar build but I strongly suggest you backup your firmware first
