Please anyone or The admin help my phone doesn't have a operating system now because I flashed another version here v151. Which doesn't even boot up at all. Please I need the ROM. Urgently. Thank you

The ROM @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-533.html is stock ROM not custom ROM.
How did you flash it and was flashing successful?
