This blackberry touch just tripped off, switched it on back and got this app error 606 on a white background.

Tried reloading the software with blackberry desktop but I keep getting error.

Tried using blackberry loader to reload its OS but it won't connect.

Please help

That is a JVM problem and you need to reload the OS. What error does Blackberry Desktop manager give you

It keeps checking for update and after few min, it wud bring out an error like the phone is not connected

For the connection issue, you'll have to keep trying till you get a connection. Does loader detect the phone at all?
You can try BBSAK to wipe the device
