pls help my GIONEE GN5001S Amigo 3.1.17 is stocked at GIONEE LOGO. the whole problem started when i tried to install google play store on the phone. i was told to root it which i did. i then used root explorer to move some files to system folder hoping that play store will be installed but all to no avail. i was then told to factory reset my phone again and follow the procedure of which i did but with the same result. yesterday, i wanted my phone to charge faster so i switch of the phone, on turning the phone on, the phone refuse to boot and stocked at GIONEE LOGO. all effort to fix the problem proof abortive. i've factory reset it over and over again but the phone is still stocked. i also download GIONEE GN5001S_OTA.ZIP and tried to install it from the recovery mode but i got an error "can't install this package over newer built" pls help. i don't have money to get another phone. thanks

Is your phone running on stock recovery or custom recovery?

You'll need a custom recovery to flash the flashable zip after converting the OTA update.zip .
Can the phone enter fastboot or do you have an option to enter fastboot from recovery mode?

no sir, just "reboot to bootloader option"

plz houz help am having d same problem too i just brougt d phone yesterday and tried to install gapps after root nw its stock on gionee logo am nw serching for d original stock rom I can flash with sp flash tools plz help
