Hi there is this itel it 5020 i formated with miracle box ticking both safe mode, automatic and advance mode. By doing so the phone whole flash was erase. And now when i try to flash it back with the original rom via upgrade tool or research download. It won't read on the machine

Did you hold the boot key and is the firmware in pac of bin format
