fero v501. this phone is locked with a pattern. after full flash with upgrade tool, nothing happened n pattern did not go off. what could be the cause and possible solution.

This might be damaged emmc chip issue. 
After flashing did you see the setup wizard screen or just booted direct to home screen?

it booted directly to the pattern lock screen. no changes .

I believe its a Spreadtrum phone.

1. Boot into recovery mode using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-2167.html and do a factory reset
2. Extract the content of the pac file using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-6236.html
I want to know the outcome of 1 and see a screenshot of the contents of 2
