How did you format it? 
You will need to flash firmware if you've used flashtool to format the phone.

HI guys, I am having the same problem too after formatting with research download and forgot to unchecked some risky point my phone doesn't boot again,I have been googling for the whole week but I find no solution about my phone rescue...please help...my phone is " Admet R5 (spreadtrum cpu)" ...Thanks in advance.
