That means your phone is a Tecno Phantom 5S not a Phantom 5 as you said

When i installed phantom5 rom from other providers it works. But i prefer your rom because of the enhancements although i have not been able to experience it well.

If you could help me on your Safaricom ROM, i would appreciate.

I had also forgotten to indicate that the two roms i had installed from your site does not have System Update meaning i will not be able to update.

In a case where you find a rom locking you to a particular service provides, you could try flashing only lk.bin from another rom to the phone; that often helps.
Although you're still yet to clarify if your phone is a Phantom 5 or 5S

I believe it is a phantom5. Phantom5S shows only one SIM and mine is dual.
