[Please help] Crashed LG L4 II Opimus 440

I have a liiittle problem with my LG L4 Optimus 440 II phone. I may have killed my Android robot. That's what appears on the screen when I try to do a hard reset. Is there a way to ressurect my Android buddy?

Its Mediatek.
How did this happen and have you downloaded the firmware?
(21-11-2017, 06:18 PM)sa321 The phone got slow reactions first.. Then it just shut it self off.. I tried to start it but it only got to the LG logo and the melody. It started at one time and I tried to factory reset the settings and then the phone just died.. Oh, and there was a picture of the Android robot lying dead with an open chest door and a warning triangle comming out of it.
I've downloaded a file called "V10D_00.kdz" but I don't have the program to install it.
