Hi there
I have a Cubot Rainbow MT6580 phone
I made an OTA update with a custom recovery and my phone got stuck on logo screen.
I tried to put stock rom with sp flash tool and my phone died. No open...  no battery light.
Sp flash tool detect my phone but whatever i do i'm getting this msg: 
brom error s_ft_enable_dram_fail (4032)
Enable DRAM failed!

I'm guessing that if sp tool still detects my phone maybe there is hope, 
Any ideas?

Error 4032 means the firmware isn't compatible with your device.
Where did you download the firmware you've tried flashing?

the initial flashing process you perform that sent your device totally dead, was it successful with a green tick?
also lets see a screenshot of the contents of the firmware you downloaded from the cubot site

I read it but unfortunately my scatter file begins with ############################################################################################################

Problem solved
I tried the fix for error 4032. Uninstall and reinstall the drivers.
