Plss i tried rooting my hot 4 true twrp with flashtool it aint working...it gives d pung sound and hold on 4 quite sometime and it charges buh flashtool does not detect it and it detect my hot x507

And i could not update to d nougat adroid 7 i get d package file not located on sd and i ave d file on root of my sd card...i could not also get developer option on my build after click 50times i downloaded developer app from playstore but yet spflashtool not detecting my hot 4

uninstall all vcom and mtk drivers using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-7660.html
reboot your PC then properly install vcom preloader driver @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-440.html
then retry

BTW you cant be trying to root and still trying to update your phone. Update first before thinking about rooting
