Seems like your own is a different build with the one listed @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-311.html 

Was flashing the firmware at our collection successful? 
also, are you able to boot into recovery?

The ones provided were never successful, and yes i can boot into recovery

there is only one P5s rom in our list. you are making it sound like there is more than one
perform a factory reset in recovery mode and see if the device boots properly

thats the last straw, its either that or keep searching for a different rom build from that which you've already tried.
