This hot stock at boot logo and I reload the phone with the firmware downloaded at Hovatek and the phone boot normal but now the phone has an error, if switch on the phone operates normal and if I press power button it sleep and wake normal. But once the is at sleep mode and my hand mistakenly double tap the screen it will restart the phone automatically.
I want to the phone setting and on checked the quick action box but still rebooting. Even if I place the phone on pocket it will keep on restarting, even if I'm making call once the light is off it restart without my notice,
I see difrent flash file and the will on normal but still rebooting.

Pls help me on this phone I have been using this firmware for almost 4 different phones now bit have never encounter this error before.

But the surprising thing for this device is that any x551 file I use on it is Woking fine but the same error.

Sorry I think I unscrew the phone and in the panel they indicate G808- B1.
I don't know if that one may help with the appropriate file?
